You can see how the clans are identified by tag in the clan list tab. The tag for eh is *'eh*, <*/> for TAG and so on, where * is where your nickname goes.

Electronic Heliorites was present in-game first, regardless of server. However, the tags are not identical enough to be actionable. One is in capital letters and at the front of the name, the other is in lower-case and at the end. As long as they stay as "EH|whatever" and "whatever^eh", I don't see what the conflict is. "Eh" is a pretty common expression of indifference. If it was something more elaborate, maybe I'd see a reason to say someone is clan tag trolling, but whatever. As long as the two clans use their tags in a clearly distinct fashion, then there's no issue here. Stop fighting.
