Is it ok to recruit on public servers, because once in a while someone tells me not to "advertise" (recruit} other people. I don't see why you cant do it becuase it is a public server.  I could see why you wouldnt on a clan server but on a public one inst that okay.Im kinda confused

does the list of rules on a particular server prevent you from publicly discussing what you want?
if no, then tell others to fuck off, and continue the discussion.
if yes, then communicate with the recruit candidate via private messages, or tell the recruit candidate (privately) to defer further discussion to another server/channel.
