How to make a Tremulous LAN server that have bots?

I have read

and I want to make a private LAN server with bots to play with my friends.(no Internet server please)
This is because I play with friends in a LAN environment, there is no Internet and therefore tremded won't work.
I am using Tremulous 1.1 with tjw's client and the Ambush QVM+paths.
BTW,I start a LAN server by /map atcs
Should I edit the vms-1.1.0.pk3 and change the qvm?(Reply #21 of the link above)
Also, the method in Reply #22 doesn't work.

One more question.
I am now using the Pbot 3.0 and Ambush's QVM. But I have unlimited ammo and huge knockback.It is just different from the normal games you can have in AA,etc.I remembered that there was a qvm with ambush but all other settings are normal.(normal turrets, teslas, gravity, knockback,etc.)Can anyone help me to find this in the forum?
