How do you do it on tremfusion and segfault

in TremFusion, you don't. VOIP just works (provided that you have VOIP support compiled (eg., you downloaded the release from the TremFusion website), you have it enabled, and you are connected to a server supporting VOIP).
i don't know about segfault.
