Yeah, this is very annoying. Some people just cant stand better players (Well, sometimes some players looks like aimbot, but we never kick them before we are completely sure about it. Like testing with drecth shows you if somebody is using aimbot..)

watched only second kick so far. your mistake is using lasgun - its kinda annoying to fight against especially if the player knows how to move.
same with chaingun: I already was almost kicked once just becouse whole alien team was pissed off by me noobing them with chain. and thats even without someone accusing me cheater...

because it can be really hard to find a server that isn't full of noobs and has a decent latency with only ~60 servers to choose from (some of which will be empty).

- humanise your aiming
- sometimes let annoying dretches to your back
- switch more often if specs are watching
