New Tremulous from Darklegion Development?
« on: August 14, 2012, 11:17:27 pm »
Hey guys, is me Woozie aka MegaMedic or FEARLess. Ok so I'm big fan of Tremulous. I know more games Free-To-Play but last some years ago I decided to stay in this. So I wanna know if Darklegion Development Team think about new Tremulous like "Tremulous 2" or something.
I know about this project Unvanquished but this is a diferent title. So my question is, you guys, Darklegion Development, think about a new Tremulous? Please reply (devs from Trem) :D

Yes.  There is apparently going to be a "Tremulous 1.2"
There is a public Gameplay preview (GPP), which you can download from this site.
The real 1.2 "Will be released on Thursday"  ???  :'(

From what i know
->The team is now known as The Mercenaries Guild {MG} and they have a website. Just google it.
->Well, if you've seen the site, you would have probably guessed that developement is idle, or even possibly dead.
->Some fans have moved to support either or both, TremZ or Unvanquished
_________________________________________________ _______________

TremZ - TremZ.com -> Developement somwhat lacking. Nice site, but no proper updates since volt kicked half the dev team off.
Unvanquished - unvanquished.net -> Has 6 alphas at the time of this post, they release an alpha every month on the 2nd, or the 1st for americans. They are currently working at a good potential and are still recruiting developers to join. This was initially the 'second half of tremz' that got kicked off for a unknown good reason. There has been debates about this, just look in the offtopic section of this forum history.

6 years has past, and the {MG}/Dark Legion team has failed to raise the tremulous version number by 0.1.
There's a 99% chance you won't find anything here. Even forum bots are being attracted here.

i dont think so that there will be any surprise package to look up for as they have failed to draw the attentions of one through their versions

"suprise package" => "new release"

"look up for" => "look forward to"

"draw the attentions of one through their versions" => "live up to expectations"

This is just a bad translation.
