Server will be running 24/7 (unless it is shutdown for upgrades, I will let you know 1 week in advance about such circumstances)

You are offering paid hosting, 24/7 uptime is a baseline expectation, not a special feature.

I'm not aware of any Xeons/Opterons that run at 4.2ghz out of the box(?). I'm going to assume you're
running an overclocked desktop processor.

Actually if you ask starburst server people my server has been up for over a year non-stop unless i have upgrades or storms.

i have been paying for the website since late 2010 and have never stopped paying..
