There's a built in water type in the context menu, I believe.

Read the manual that came with it, it's got full details. :p

if you want it like gloom2 then copy the shader out of it, if you want your own style then look into shaders, they are worth the effort.

if you mean the spray effect that is a particle system. Much like a shader but not.
