I think you meant "Contact" not "Contract."
"Easiest" way to contact him via IRC. If you have no idea what an IRC is then choose from the following:
1. Read this to install an irc client:

a) Set your nickname, type the captcha and connect.
b) Ingar would most likely be idling on there so if he's there, type "In" without the quotation marks (") and press tab. It should autocomplete ingar's name with a comma and a space, and 'ping' him (beeps his client, telling him someone messaged him, assuming his client does make a beeping noise) and type your message after his name. If he doesn't respond, just leave the window open and he'll eventually reply.
Just so you know, it is common that people idling on the IRC will not respond immediately, it's like having facebook open 24/7. Sometimes a reply could take up to a few days to come, but as long as you're still on the irc when that message arrives, you're all good.
If you do, however know how to use the IRC, then just connect to #tremulous at freenode.net and go tell him your message. I probably didn't have to tell you this and you wouldn't be here in the first place anyway if this is the case.
There is another way, that is if he checks the forum regularly, which I doubt. Trem.net forums are pretty much dead since early 2012. He should respond directly here if he does.
You can also E-mail him, but I'm not sure if his profile shows it there.
You don't have to contact him specifically, there are tonnes of mappers out there you know. If you're really keen, you should google.
