How to disable jetpack and adv. dragoon of snipes in high building places

Guys, how to disable jetpack and adv. dragoon of snipes in high building places? I'm using GtkRadiant v1.5(NetRadiant is not supported in my PC).

that'll be difficult to do. instead, you can:

• disallow the jetpack and adv. dragoon on the map. this can be done by setting the g_disabledClasses spawn variable to level3upg and g_disabledEquipment to jetpack.¹
• place death zones in the higher areas of the map. with target_equipment entities, the zones can be made to attack only humans with jetpacks. similarly, with target_class entities, specifically adv. dragoons can be targeted.

¹ i have no idea how -- i've never used a map editor before.

You just put the variable down (not sure what it is called, however there should be an info section when you press 'n' when highlighting nothing and it should give you a list of things such as g_gravity or g_alienstage3threshold), and in the string/parameters/whateveryoucallthem you list down, with a comma and space inbetween the items you want to disable.
i.e.
"medkit, chaingun, jetpack, level3upg" etc.

I prefer to use a hurt zone, so it warns the player rather than insta-killing em, which makes them want to ragequit and say "gaimap" or something...
