Hud problems
« on: December 08, 2013, 12:11:20 am »
I just got a new hard drive so I had to install everything all over again. I'm using Tremulous 1.1, Tremfusion 0.99r3-win32, and attempting to use Oticz_2.4 hud.
This is the error I keep getting while trying to install Oticz's hud.

Keep in mind i'm installing the hud to C:/Program Files x86/Tremulous. I've tried every other path and still get the same problems.

(are you sure that you've installed/whatever the correct HUD?)

is Oticz's HUD supposed to be compatible with TremFusion cgame/ui modules (modules are not the engine binary)? if not, you shouldn't allow the HUD to be mixed with TremFusion modules. perhaps if you don't start the "tremfusion" game,1 then you won't have problems.

1 run TremFusion with +set fs_game base (otherwise, TremFusion apparently the defaults to +set fs_game tremfusion).

Can only have one menu at a time, fortunately for your eyes.
Read about SamOz's MImod or download it here. Warning, It's BIG!!!
MImod is a new mod for Tremulous, with flashy script effects & High-Def textures in an Oriental-influenced theme.
