Help when trying to download the linux installer but no program save it

i have a feeling that you need to navigate further to get to the 1.1.0 Linux installer download page.

if not:
your browser defaults to opening .run files instead of saveing them? you'll need to reconfigure your browser. or, on the 1.1.0 Linux installer download page, use the "Save Target As" context-function (if available) on the "direct link" link.

maybe you need to set it to be executable, and then run it.

Okay it installed, but when i try to start it some console thing pops up that says like 10ish files arent found and i cant exit it without restarting my computer

Try to run it from the launcher in your desktop environment's menu or do navigate to where you installed it and run it from there.
