  • constructing the interior of the map by placing boundary walls results in a map that has inoptimal performance (from the viewpoint of the renderer, the collision detector, and networking). to construct the interior, you should place hollow brushes.
  • avoid using crappy, boring textures from the map ATCS. there are plenty of free texture packs on the internet.
  • the .txt file uses a non-standard encoding -- this is what i got: Ìîÿ ïåðâàÿ êàðòà. the preferred encoding is UTF-8.
