Why am I banned?

Several weeks ago Mak (Admin), told me if I could find away to hack oxy he would let me. It was a sort of a bet "If I figured out a way around oxy, he wouldn't ban me" That is find a method to get around oxy's IP scanning. Several other people were there to witness this.

So just recently I was (rightfully) muted and decided to take advantage of Mak's offer. I found away around, but never abused anyone with it. Now my main IP is black listed. Is Mak a Liar? He said I could. 

I admit it wasn't the best time to be trying that, but still I didn't do anything I wasn't allowed to.
