Installed today Tremulos on an AMD FX(tm)-8350 with
GL_RENDERER: GeForce GT 730/PCIe/SSE2
GL_VERSION: 4.4.0 NVIDIA 340.65
GL_EXTENSIONS: GL_AMD_multi_draw_ind

PIXELFORMAT: color(24-bits) Z(24-bit) stencil(8-bits)
MODE: 640 x 480 fullscreen hz:N/A
GAMMA: hardware w/ 0 overbright bits
rendering primitives: single glDrawElements
texturemode: GL_LINEAR_MIPMAP_LINEAR
picmip: 0
texture bits: 0
multitexture: enabled
compiled vertex arrays: enabled
texenv add: enabled
compressed textures: disabled

Q: how i avoid an blank/grey game screen ?
Q: how i avoid fullscreen ? 
   Fullscreen are an OLD and are stupid odd way with an Multihead display ( more then 2 ! ).

Q: how i change the game resolution  to at least i.e 1280x1024

What do you mean exactly? If you mean that you want it to have different colors on the default tremulous then I can't help you, but if it is doing something wrong then delete the tremulous file in "Programs (x86)" folder in the hard drive, then delete the Tremulous folder in %appdata%, and finally re-install Tremulous (I suggest that you don't install anything else)

Escape, go to settings, go to the Systems tab, and look down the list until you find "fullscreen", then you click "apply changes".
It should reload the trem server in small box.

Same thing, it's all in the settings option in the menu under Systems tab!
