How about melting those forums together here in this place and make the former admins of those external forums moderator for their own subforum?

Like Mega as a Mod for the German part?

My idea is to stop the further splintering of our small comunity.

I dont think it s a good idea.

First : Trem's community isn t small. Compares it to the Tribes Vengeance's community for example and you will see what is a real little community.
Second : Trem's community keeps growing and i see no reason for that to stop in the next months
Third : People who only post on their national forums dont care about this forum, because most of the time, they cant understand English. So yeah you would force them to post on this forum, but they would only care about the topics in their language...how is it supposed to help us being a community ?
Fourth : With all the different languages, that would be a huge mess...like 20 forums, and you can only read 2 of them ?
Fifth : The admin of a national forum can be an a**hole or have different policies than the Trem's team. Setting theses guys as official moderators in the official Trem forum would mean Trem's team accept the responsability of what theses guys will do.

ad 1) It depends on how you look at it. With comunity I mean those people that do not only play. And that number is not so big.

ad 2) I don't disagree there.
Putting the forums in one place would even speed up the process as people new to trem would not need to google to get their native forum to get involved / help.

ad 3) You got that point a little twisted .)
They _might_ only care about their own language, but then again they might _not_.
Going from me, I read/understand German, Englisch, Spanish, French and Norwegian and I might look at this a little different. As I don't go and dismiss other forums because they are not in my native language.
Other People that may not speak any language I know may have good ideas also. And since this here is an English spoken forum, the mods of the sub forums should be able to translate.
So that is how it will help broadening the comunity.

ad 4) Again going from me, I'd be able to read at least 5 of those. But that's beside the point.
Even if I could only read one it would not matter as I know that there are people out there that can translate, so this point is invalid.

ad 5) I don't think I got your point, but anyways those mods should have common sense and just because someone thinks they _might_ a_r_seholes this idea should not be flatly disregarded imho.
