demo plybck

hi all. Im kind of new to tremulous so its just learning for me [for now]. Anyway i downloaded few demos cuz i think they could help me to become at least regular plyr around [now i find my self as newbie].

i have problem now, i dont know how to plybck demos. do i need some program for that to work with them easier. or can some 1 pls tell me the console commands and where to unzip them,to which folder..k i think thats all

demo files are blah.dm?? files place them in your tremulous/base/demos folder
start trem open console write /demo blah
(you can hit tab after you wrote "/demo" to view available demos)
