I have problems with the painsaw too...
I cant even imagine such a machine
A chainsaw with an electric cable instead of the chain?
I would take it as a joke if i would see something like that in a scifi movie.

on the other hand i have no idea for a better space-age meleeweapon



and goddamnit i want those evolving bio-robots back!
at first i didnt like the idea...then some weeks later they chased me in my nightmares...aaaw those were good nightmares...the sort you wake up and still want to run away

but thats about how my early tremulous nightmares looked like...there is just add a little gore and realism and a swarm of ~500 insect like, wallwalking, catsized robots with red glowing camera  eyes and clicking sounds

Ill take the painsaw when im done aliens.

and i thought those weapons looked familiar.
 I have the same ones, cept mine are very old and by teh carc.

look the same tho. :)

and i wont give away any passwords, but i will give a zip file mr darkstorm guy! i dont have any history so i wont hate you till i know you. :D

You could always ask me instead of asking indirectly, if you want the models. I'm quite happy about sharing something that isn't going to be used, as long as the person acknowledges the fact that I made it, and credit is given where credit is due... That's only fair, isn't it?

If your intention is using the models for Tremulous, even by editing them and using them as a basis for your own work, you ask for my explicit permission first.

However, the CONCEPTS aren't mine, they're Psylo's, so you can remodel them, if you so see fit.

I would never take credit for anothers work, I just wanted to see how they looked, I also might want to use one for tremulous.  I did get the models from grim, but it was in lwo format.  Do you think you could export in a different format and send them to me?  maybe over irc?

its nice of you to always mention my concept efforts, but i fear i will soon be forgotten anyway
when people become interested in the models
they will ask "who made that model?"  

Carc: please show me those models, or some screenshots i havent seen them yet
