Rasz owned me  :oops: I've never been so humiliated during the whole time I've played tremulous. I thought I ruled the game since I destroyed OM every second minute. With Rasz as sole surviver I thought the game was over. I had a chaingun and a bsuite and a base. Still Rasz was able to kick our a**es. Of most of my teammates did nothing to help. But that's no excuse. That shows you that you should always move base on arachnid no matter what. Good Job Rasz. You deserved to win that one.

Unpack the file in your base/demo map (create the demo map if you don't have it). Run it by writing /demo name_of_the_file in the console.

The thing I would like to know is how you pause, reverse or fastforward when watching demos.

there is cl_freezdemo of freezademo dont remember, but it only freezez the picture, the timer is ticking :/

there was some demo player/editor project for Q3A/RTCW and few other mods, but I lost the link, it was no longer updated and didnt work with trem

Besides the fairly obvious lack of moving the base, the fact that NO ONE chased rasz was a dead giveaway you had a n00b team MtS. I mean, cmon, you guys had him down to 27 hp at one time!!!!

AND you guys managed to base rush relatively effectively (except for those few idiots who stared up at the OM in wonder and just let rasz claw them)

...notice the .gz extension? Its been gzipped. Get winrar or something to unzip it first.

Sorry the folder should be named demos, not demo :oops: and as PIE said you should unpack it, not just copy it.

OH YEAH! I wanted to ask about that.. instant walls are like a lifesaving dream for me.. I hate wallclimbing - gets me disoriented. How do I turn that on even?

Options > Wallwalking speed:instant
This doesn't make you go faster on the wall or something it makes the transition from surface to surface faster or slower.. Instant makes it where the moment you touch the wall your view orients.. there is no transition, it just snaps to that view.. its really disoreinting to me. I like mine in the middle..
