Help with server configuration

Hello,
I want to know whether there are cvars relating the voting system ..
such as the passing required yes:no ration , and partial votes allowance example: allowing voting for kicking players but disabling rotating map voting .
And is it possible to set players ' friendly fire only applied to buildings but not teammates?

As for the rest, I'm not sure. Just give trusted people cancelvote is all I do. Of course, it would be much more convenient to disallow certain votes in the server configuration.

you can't change the ratio required for a vote to pass without patching the server, not sure about how to allow only kick votes but not map votes, but i'm pretty sure it's possible.
edit: just looked it up in the code, need a patch for that too.
