Lan server

I am playing on a lan network at school.  I am wondering how do you make it so that the build delay is shortened.  Is it a command or do I have to mod the C_game or the game.qvm.   I  am not completly sure how to do this but i have messes around.  I am using the windows version.

By build delay, do you mean the amount of time it takes before you can build again after you've just built something?

I think you will have to start coding for that, but I am not sure. There is no console-command to change it, as far as I know.
