I got one!
RUNE.
No, not runescape! :puke:

RUNE.

Great game. The single-player is a bit boring at times, but multi player online can be very fun.

It's an old game though... If anyone's on a mac it's still an ancient Os 9 game! OMG thats OLD!

Dunno if PC users would have any twubbles.. Go ahead! give it a try!

You prolly need to google, find, dowload and rip it though!      :P  :)

X-com 3 apocolypse its a great game hard to get started but once you work it out your hooked, x-com 1 and 2 are crap so don't bother with them

Hints:
use real time stratagy (you do more damage and ... well you compare turn based and real time...

when you shoot down a UFO take a team into it by placing a team on a ship and landing or boarding it (on ground)

research the containment hold and knock out alien with gas grenades (yellow)

watch out for poppers...  poppers= team dead (thank god there not in trem)

the longer you wait in your game tou get a ufo they get harder to kill

machine gun is your friend.

best set of modes i found usefull

Walk
Aggressive
crouch on
aimed shot

a person using a mode over and over again e.g. aimed shot increases units accuacy and so on...

when hiring researchers only get ones with skill of 80+

na, Apoc was awful compared to the first 2. Kinda like comparing Starwars Episode I to the original trilogy imho.

Currently trying out WoW and waiting for Neverwinter Nights 2

I'm _still_ stuck on Super robot wars OG (because I only get in bursts of 1 hour gaming to and from work... and I need to grind in this game =\ ) but yeah, I found x com 2 (terror of the deep) one of the better ones out there. 3 was so-so to me, and don't get me started on that knockoff "UFO Aftermath" that came out last year or the year before.....

Are you referring to the old game UFO, which meant they had to relabel to X-com or the game UFO: Enemy Unknown which was the original title then renamed to X-Com due to the above game :D

As a sidenote, Laser Squad was the predecessor to X-Com as Enemy Unknown was intended as a sort of sequel to it.

i played x-com 3 first then i played x-com 1 and 2 and they are shit, seriously x-com one was crap as what you could do with the squad was limited until just before a fight i found it hard to work around, so unless if theres different versions i would be happy to take my comment back from before but until then it still stands

I'm talking about UFO:enemy unknown :) The best game Ever.

I also like to play X-com Interceptor. Seems alright even though the technology tree is quite limited.

EDIT : DIGI are you using some sort of post hack? i just pressed refresh and watched your post count go from 400 to 450
