Flying robots?


I remember someone suggesting flying aliens on the Forums…

Edit: These flying robots seems to be some map elements called "func-xx" where "xx" is the function type used that I don't investigate further to know which one is.

I've not played that game yet (it's downloading right now).

I like how they seem to hump Elite Force, that game rocks. Let's keep an eye on this game.

elite force "still kicks ass" lava u should join us one day on gladiator.. i think were setting up some kind of reunion ef thing.. were basically all gonna jump on a server one day and play a bunch of mods like glad, instacube and such..

they got the the Tremulous content puts the Tre in Trepidation..they even stole the name! Oh! I cant wait untill the Natural Selection community hears about this "zOMGz they stole from our game! HEY! They stole from Tremulous, which stole from our game, so they stole from us TWICE, LET'S MAKE FLAME THREADS!!!"

they also took oa_bases3 (my map under GPL) and modified it without sources or credit either. :(

My question is first do you guys have any problems with that? 2nd if not, how should it be credited? Dark Legion, the actual creator (which I'm not sure if that's you or someone else, you are listed first under 3d art).

It would be easier just to credit Darklegion development since there were three different people working on those two models.

None of us minds you using any code or media assets from Tremulous, which is why we allow such free use of them in our licences. You don't even need to ask, just follow what the licence says!

I think the problem is not acknowledging required ppl before releasing them
and mixing lots of non-free content

Shafe, your team needs at least a small bit of creativity instead of using (and doing a bad implementation of) the same content other games. And please remove those stupid BOTs from all servers unless you don't want real people playing the game. Actually all servers have 4 bots and 0 real players playing on.
P.S. 1: Need better mappers too. I only found ugly textures/shaders/effects and bad brush work.
P.S. 2: Take this as a constructive critical instead of an offense ;)

The problem with FPS games is that there all very similar to one another. That's why I like Tremulous it's different. If the people at Iforgetthename make that game really different I will forgive them.
