Seriously, either machines or some other alien.
However, another alien race would be hard without ripping off the Covenant, Protoss, or Predator.
Perhaps an idea would be to take a fantasy race and change the concept, I.e. from Warhammer or WarCraft.

Yeah, i think 3-way games can get very interesting. something like you totally pwnd the aliens with your human team, only to hear your base has been destroyed by a single carnivorous killer bunny and the rest of the bunnys have surrounded you... Lollage! ^^
