First off let me get the 2 rules out, on which we are adamant, as all the regulars are aware and with which not even "pl0x" had any problems until now .)
a) The language on the Server, in team-chat or global-chat to be precise, is English. If some other language is used there a warning like "Stick to English please" or "English only please" is issued. If this warning is ignored the "offending" player will loose the privilege to use team and global-chat.
If this player reconnects to get around the mute or starts to talk via name-change, a kick will be issued without further warnings.
b) Inapropriate language, including insults, rasist remarks will not be tolerated at all.
Here a private warning via „/m“ will be issued. If this warning is ignored the player will be kicked or banned, depending on the severity, without any further warning.
No let us think a minute and get some common sense into this...
„freedom of speech“ while certainly a very nice buzz-word, it is unfoundedly applied here.
The server is private property and just like in any ones home, the owner gets to choose what he will tolerate. (I for one can not think to let some guest stay in my home that insults my other guests, nor would I care to let one stay that is constantly misbehaving itself.)
If anyone can call this racism I'd very much like to get an explanation on how to arrive at this conclusion. Just because I use domestic authorityI will not idle stand by and be called a racist, because we try to enforce English instead of German (which is our mother tongue).

maybe you should check into what „communism“ really is about. Yes we are communist, we put up a server and don't ask money for those that play there. If you are so democratically inclined , you are more than welcome to chip in from your allowance and maybe then you also get the right to overwork those 2 simple rules that annoy you so much.
