Battery pack and humans first reinforcement buildings.

The extra ammo the battery pack provides isn't removed if you sell the battery pack. So you can buy a battery pack, buy an energy weapon, get ammo bonus, sell battery pack, get battle suit and keep the extra ammo.

Have ammunition automaticilly bought/refilled when using the armoury. There is no advantage to having less then maximum ammo and it reduces the amount of time spend in a menu clicking stuff.

The extra building the humans can buy after their first reinforcements arrive is the defence computer. It look not all that usefull(I might be wrong). Following the description it causes turrets not to focus fire on one target. Which sounds like a bad thing. Short; human extra buildings at tier 2 feels kinda dissapointing. Maybe add something.

Let's add a structure that automatically kills the entire alien team and makes winning super easy, because that's what this game is about after all.

PS bind a key to "/buy ammo", you don't even have to access the armory

If there are many turrets and one target every turret will attack that target. It would be pretty stupid otherwise. If there are many turrets and many targets the defence computer ensures that no target is left unpainted if possible. This prevents the case where an alien can draw fire away from another whilst it attacks a critical base component.

Could be something simple as giving turrets extra range or turning speed while defence computer is active.
Defence computer could also provide nearby buildings with a force field, making them harder to destroy. Or increase helmet radar effectivenis.

I forgot to mention it increases turret angular speed too.
