I found an odd but rather amusing way to use grenades, kamikaze.
Yup, it works REALLY well, tested plenty of times on ATCS.

Take a nade, run naked (sprint++) to alien base, stick to a corner, thrown your nade and enjoy.Every single dipshit will run to you, and bam.

One of my best hit is 2 goons, 1 dretch and 1 marauder. Also 1 tyrant and a basilisk. That hurt eh. As people can't team, you have to play rambo, in such a wierd way..

Don't try this at home, here I say.

I wish you could totally pull the pin and hold the grenade. Just send in wave after wave of naked kamikaze soldiers.

hahahaha, I did that too. When we are losing and they are S3 while we are S2 or when Im really bored, I get the nade naked, and I yell "Suicide Squad!" and I run into enemy base and throw grenade. Killing a lot of grangers, dretches, bas, goons, maras, and sometimes hurting tyrants. It was funny
One time, I ran into this base and there were granger and tyrant, talking. I throw a greande, and when I died, I saw granger flying and tyrant moving back XD they got angry.
I'd like throwing grenades, that'd be awesome, but then again... that'd be unbalanced.

I find that if you splurge and spend 70 credits on light armor, you will usually make it back to your base in one piece.

If the alien team is half-brained, you re down before you can enter the red section of ATCS.

Strangely enough, I like his idea about kamikazee hummies.
It's a bit gloom-ish (although it was a alien in that case).
I'd love to see this kind of tactic in-game, where a hummie runs naked to alien base and detonates.
Come to think of it, I tend to do that when I'm out of creds and aliens are attacking our base.
Sneak out with a nade and head for the eggs.
2/5 times it works.

Yeah, i've been using something similar for weeks.

Keeping a spare nade incase you get swarmed. Just drop it and try to hide it as best you can and last til it blows, usually used when you'll die anyway.

Took out 2 tyrants, 3 dretches and a Marauder who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time while heading to human base
