Nforce 2 No sound!

Hello there.  I'm running Ubuntu Edgy Eft and recently got my Nforce 2 pumping out surround sound.  It's playing music right now, so I know that it works.  The problem I have is in Tremulous, all games really,but Trem in particular.  There's no sound at all.  I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting.  Any help is appreciated.

Run the game in a terminal, quit, and then copy+paste the output.

yap that is enough, now use google with the error-msgs given or try to find out how to set up your system to enable alsa-sdl and how to use ist.

Do sudo apt-get install libsdl1.2debian-alsa and see if it solves the problem. If that doesn't work, try libsdl1.2debian-all.
