I would like to file a complaint

SO i was on Fun Zone a few minutes ago and mDc Thorn and Hellrazer the admins would not let me vote next map.  The game was getting lame and it wasn't going anywhere.  It had dragged on for at least an hour and no one was going to win.  B/c of the map Procyon beta1.  So there were many people waiting for the next game to begin.  I tried to next next map 3-4 times and they kept canceling the vote rather than letting the people who were playing decide what they wanted to play.  Who do I go to to file a complaint specifically against Thorn for abusing his admin rights.

On there servers, what the admin says is law. Like it or not.
Some servers have strict rules, but all too many don't.
Don't be surprised if your told to get lost.
