mapping questions

i have been thinking about starting mapping. but i need 2 kno if i have 2 sign up for somthin(e.g 2 help creating de game) 2 make and upload maps.i probably shouldnt need much help wit de actual mapping as i have made sopme on ut2004 before. :roll:

have you downloaded GTKR??  its the program that u build maps with, but be carfull, it is extreamly hard to get the program compatable with tremulous.
f it gets hard, fuck it

you dont need to sign up to anything, except these forums on tremulous.

You don't need to sign up for anything. Just download GTK radiant (see other posts for advice and installation help) and start mapping. Many mappers start a thread in the forum about their map and post them when they're ready for public release.

I do not understand why copying a few files to the specified paths is so hard. Perhaps you should learn how to use a computer.

Read the pbwiki and look at 'Basic tremulous mapping' or download the guide from tremulous.info

thx for ur help i appreciate it all. ust one more question to upload my maps would i need to sign up for file front/tremulous.info or somwere to upload them to? :D
