Removing In-Game "Pop-Ups"

Hello, i am wondering if this can be done, and if so, could someone please teach me how? I have no idea on how to edit config files, etc.


In game, when building, or trying to evolve but you're too close to the enemies, you get pop up messages, ie.





This gets annoying, because then i have to move my mouse to click OK, then continue playing...



This is what i want, to either change those messages so they only come up on console with NO popup message, ie.




Or to just remove the whole "error" message completely.

i dont mean to thread necro (please dont throw rocks) but...i want to get rid of the pop ups...and idk what you mean by menus. can you be more specific for someone like me?

You could search for "no popups" in this forum and find this thread (http://tremulous.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1337&highlight=popups) which also features lava saying the same thing in the second post.
