Cheats.

Not Aimbotters and hacks, but I keep reading up on Noclip and stuff.

Now if I were to run my own non-dedicated server so  I can screw around and stuff, how do I enable cheats?

I typed in /noclip but it replied "Cheats are not enabled on this server"

Fill me in please?

/devmap "map"

map is the file name of the .bsp without the .bsp .  to find that, unzip a .pk3, look in maps, and remember the name.  the default map names are their basic names--"karith"  "atcs"  "niveus"--i think you should get the idea
