This Sunday (17/12/06) There Will Be A Clan War Between Rabuf And SWAT. It Will Be At 7:30pm EST. It's 6 vs 6 on one of the Game Arena Servers (Still Undecided) The Map Will Be ATCS Best of 3. Turn up at About 7:20 if You're playing so we can sort the teams into their race.  :)

Umm, other people on game arena want to play on the servers....plz make a private server for your clan war and let us not in the clan play on the server.

I tried to make my own server but it wouldn't work. And no-one else has raised there hand and volunteered so what are we supposed to do? We still want a clan war.

Rent one?
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

I live in australia. The only server that we can get a decent ping on are Game Arena 1, 2 and 3. So I can's ask them because it's run by a internet provider (Bigpond). And if someone was running another server in australia it would already be up by now and I would have asked. And I'm fourteen i can't afford to rent a server. Let alone most people. So you can see my dilemma. There are another 2 servers that they can use anyway.

You failed to setup up your own server, have no money to rent one. And therefor you squat on one that does not belong to you.

Every go to game arena at that time!
And make sure some GA admins are on, to ban them when they try to kick people.

You guys have no right to use a server that doesn't belong to you for a closed off clan battle.

What are we supposed to do? We have no other option but to BRIEFLY use A Game Arena Server. Honestly it's on eserver out of three that will be taken theres a whole other two to use. Will you not be able to live with one tremulous server down for like 2 hours or less? They're the only servers that we get a decent ping on. So what are we supposed to do? You give us a feasable option and we'll use it, Besides not having the war.

How would it be if a failure did not bother you and you try again to setup your own server?
I am quite sure if you'll dedicate the same amount of work to it as you would to get the GA to yourselves, you'd be having one in no time flat.
And as you'd not be squatting a server you haven't payed for, I am sure you could help here.

The other solution would be to actually pay for someone to host your war, instead of stealing this service from GA... (Face it, server-squating is nothing else than stealing)
