Listen, if you ppl cannot connect, cuz of UNPURE clients, you MUST type in the console (` or ~) /cl_allowdownload 1
Or you will get the error!!
P.S. No flame, also reason im posting it, is cuz i see many ppl havin trouble... This is due to the balance mod, just allow download and reconnect!
