PLZ HELP!!!!

I have created my map, now what do i do, it is a pk3 file, I have put it into my base folder, but I cannot play, or even see it in tremulous, is it something to do with it not recognising that the map is there? Plz help!

I dont know quite what is wrong, I may need help from the start, (once I have finished my map, where to save to etc.) Im on th4e verge of playing my first map.
