"Client/Server Game Mismatch: tremx/base"
« on: December 19, 2006, 03:06:36 am »
When I go to join a few servers (SST is a prime example) it says "Client/Server Game mismatch: tremx/base" right before it is supposed to load. The little screen that has the IP address on it and says "Waiting for Gamestate..." comes up, then right before it's supposed to actually start loading the map, it goes back to the main menu and displays the error message. I have everything installed properly, so what's the problem here? I really would like to play on an English-speaking TremX compatible server.

Delete the old tremx folder, for windows : ..program files\tremulous or C:\Documents and Settings\YOURLOGN\Local Settings\Application Data\tremulous

Bricosoft is <any_language> friendly, but klingon is favorised.

I tried the delete/reinstall method, still nothing.

And, what does Klingon and Star Trek have to do with this issue?
