As I understand it UTC/GMT isn't changed by daylight savings time but parts of Europe that would normally be in it are now using their summer times which are 1 hour ahead. So New York (presently in Eastern Daylight Time, UTC/GMT -0400) would still be 5 hours behind Edinburgh (British Summer Time, UTC/GMT +0100). So the all the places that observe daylight savings time change their time zones but UTC/GMT stays the same. And I just learned all this right now for this thread, so bear with me if I'm wrong.

Perhaps we could make one of the days later in the evening for all the far westerners. I'd prefer that day to be friday (better to be up late on a friday rather than a monday or wednesday for most people right?). What time would be best, Overflow?
