I thinking of making a Balance Unlimited Server.
But how do I set stuff fir it and can I play as conlsoe?

Two things:
1. Any unlimited server is actually not unlimited. It actually has more build-points than is conceivable to use in a normal game. (e.g. g_humanbuildpoints 100000000000).
2. Starting a server is pretty easy, use the search button, or figure it out yourself.
