dude, its not the fact that ppl dont have /cl_allowdownload 1 enabled, its that ur server doesnt have autodownload enabled. i tried to connect and it wouldnt let me because you dont have it set up properly for ppl to be able to dl revision 11. i know this because after i had this error on ur server i went to a dif revision 11 server and dled it without any problems. kaithxbai.
