Gloom Map Rape Epidemic

IN the Jex's Map Gloom, aliens can easily rape the humans in five minutes and completely eliminate the humans' chances of recuperation in the way of structural defense. I have only noticed this in the past week. Before then, I could have an enjoyable match on gloom (it used to be my favorite map, actually) Is this a more recent issue, or am I just living in the dark? Is there a way that this problem can be fixed? More importantly, is this the proper forum in which to post my query? Thanks for reading,

Which map is it anyway? There are a huge number of maps called gloom something :-?

8 ) Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
18 ) Make it too tough for the enemy to get in and you can't get out.

And if you're looking for a fix use beta 1 which had a fucking human camper base.

Oh, that one. Well, I have mixed feelings about that one. The map is good but there is an area which causes major server slowdowns near the alien base, and I have bad feelings about the starting human location.

I think the problem is that the starting human base is in a dead end which makes it easy to defend and very hard to get out.

Has anything new been discovered?

Generally speaking, the human team should be able to set up camp and hold out at least up to S3.
