Have you set you info_player_intermission in a light entity

becaus i had the same problem that my spec cam. was not in the map but
in the editor it was. Then i saw that a light-entity was im my info-entity.
I have put it away and yet it works

If it says humans win at startup, then there are no eggs inside the map.

First, make sure there is no overlap. Try moving all the eggs at least 16 units away from the walls and floor, it is OK if they are hanging in mid air in radiant, they will drop to the ground in game.

If that still doesnt work and you are new to mapping, maybe the room with the eggs is entirely solid. Try hiding the outside walls and see if there isnt a huge brush filling the whole room. This could happen pretty easily if you used CSG subtract to carve your rooms out.
