wtf?!  Someone's changed the post?  Why?

And before anyone suggests it, yes, I am changing my password.
n the ongoing battle between the ground and the plane
the ground is yet to lose.

I'v done 100+ kills on a 20 man game; aliens and humans.  I have my gamma maxed out.  That's the only non-standard thing I'v done; everything else is stock.

Aimbots are easy to spot.  OBS the guy and see how his reticule fallows the enemy.  Aimbots adjust based on the position and motion of the target and the reticule moves very mechanically; humans aim differently.
onfirmation image codes are biased against dyslexics!

If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

I think i m now a good trem player (average at least). I think about which kind of action-script could help alot in this game and i don't found anyone.

In human, exept evo/buy bind(script), in combat i don't imagine a action chain that allow you to do somethink you can't do without.

In alien i heard about pounce/chomp script, how do you think you will manage that ? All of my pounce have a different length, how could help me a direct chomp after the pounce if the human is alwais at a diffent distance ????  chomp the air ? very usefull !!!!

When i'm closer to a human, i prefere use circle-jump + chomp, more quick & efficient than loading a pounce, BUT when you jump or when you pounce, the "sound" is the same so, the others players can think i have a  pounce-chomp script.

No really, exept external progame or cheat, there is nothing you can use with scripting to give you an advantage. And, in case of, you re really a small player :-)

If you're refering to the "hacker" -> "script kiddie" change, it was probably one of the moderators/admins. They are allowed to change other people's posts. And the reason is that calling aimbot lusers "hackers" is an insult of all real hackers including the Tremulous developers.
If my answer to your problem doesn't seem helpful, it means I won't help you until you show some effort to fix your problem yourself!
1.2.0 release's been delayed for 5:48:00 already because of stupid questions.

Quote from: 1337 1I was playing trem a few days ago, when some guy came in and started killing things.  Then everyone started going off at him saying "hax4sure" and all the usual.

Which got me thinking (in one of my many random acts) of how script kiddies have effected the skill levels of non script kiddies.  The servers I play on (supposedly) have hackers aplenty.  But I don't really notice that.  Okay, so there's the odd "unnamed player" with ridiculously good aim, but other than that (hell, even then), the players are pretty even.  Well, except for those feeding blaster noobs.  They will never last as long as they use the blaster.

Is it just me, or have we just gotten used to hackers, and just adapted to them, so, while they have mediocre skills without hacking, we have skills roughly equal to them when they are hacking?

What does everyone else think?

ask "unamed player" if he is harwe

Would you mind rephrasing that, so that we could actualy understand you, if we stop laughing?

Ahh, paranoid little script kiddies letting their past and their guilt haunt them.

The aimbots I've seen are foolishly easy to spot.  Humans wait for the target to cross paths with their weapon.  Aimbots lock the weapon onto the target.
