Fixing the Manual

Since DASPRiD has so helpfulingly fixed up the new site so it looks l33t, how come he didn't fix the manual   , it looks the same, and it doesn't fit the new awesome looking site
(I know, why don't you fix it? Answer-I suck with graphics )
