Help with making server?

When I create one I use all the same setting as my friends which work, but I can only find it in local servers and they cant find it. It not window firewall and I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas thanks?

And im new to these forums :D

Hint #2: The answer is in the FAQ topic which is sticky and 6th(!!!!!!!!) in General discussion forum.
