ello can any 1 tell me the rcon commands the new ones i know gravity its /rcon (pass) G_gravity 900 and i also know how to set stage 3 and building points, but i do not know any other like how to enable cheats and stuff does any know any more that i dont? if so plz tell me

For the love of god, google rcon or wikipedia rcon. Here are some quick tips:
A) You have to have a password to access rcon on a server
B) Most servers dont give the passwords to average joes
C) Anything you can type in the console of the main server, you can type in RCON

I'm not sure what the actual cheat command is but I use devmap "mapname" to allow cheats for one round. I think it is something like "sv_cheats 1" or something. If you can figure out the letter code for server before the comand, you will be good.

the only way to keep cheats active is modify the map rotation to devmaps instead of maps
