Actually, if you hadn't noticed, 1.2 came out ages ago, how you download it is a secret.

Actually - Yes!  (And also to some of the servers I game on.)  I encourage everyone to do the same.  It helps keep the community alive and quality servers available instead of gaming on someone's listen server through a slow DSL connection.

No, you don't need a credit card.  You can link your PayPal account to a bank account and not have to use a credit card.  The charge will show up to OSDN/VA Software.  The amount I contributed I consider confidential.

But,  I thank you for reminding me as I have gotten way more enjoyment out of Tremulous than I paid.  I need to up my contribution.

Sorry for the confusion.

Above you complained about not having a credit card.  I thought you meant you needed a credit card so you could donate to Tremulous.  My point was that Tremulous accepts donations through PayPal and you can link PayPal to a credit card or directly to any checking or savings bank account.

I guess I misunderstood that you were not interested in supporting Tremulous at all and just wanted a credit card.

(BTW- You are never too young to have a credit card.  My 13 year-old daughter has a Visa card.  You just need to have someone co-sign the account.)

Tell your parent the demo period is over and you need to pay 20$ to keep playing the game, plus you get access to "v.i.p servers", should work ^^

they don't even like me playing games, let alone me paying money to play a game they never saw or played before.
And my brother won't believe me anyways, he played tremulous too and he knows it won't be a paid game

but meh, I'll just try and ask for paypal account.

Hmmm-

I'm feeling like a failed parent....
I run a server for my daughter and friends to game on.  I sponser LAN parties.  She has her own computer and access to the others in the house (except mine).  She has access to my PayPal account and has her own VISA card.  Oh my!  Where did I go wrong.    :(

Sometime around the middle of 2006. For your failings you must pay $10 to the piggy bank for every infraction, you do not pass go and you do not get $200.

It is my second donation now... not much (just U$20), but since I live in Brazil, U$20 is about R$42 (Real, brazilian currency), which is a lot of money for me :P

All you people, help donating some money too ;)

The webpage to donate is: https://sourceforge.net/project/project_donations.php?group_id=14890
