Japanese tremulous server?!?!

Well tonight I found a japanese tremulous server much to my surprise. I joined and within a few minutes there were 8 players on it, unfortunately mine was the only ping under 300. Anyway I satisfied myself by slaughtering them all mercilessly and proving I "Still have it".

Anyone know who is responsible for this server, or if anyone "local" actually plays on it?

Henners, I saw it too, I even connected but it was empty. I'd say, anyone that enters that server.
