Dude, you do have a problem.
a) if this server is not in the Admin-contact-thread the chance are very big that the admins you try to reach do not read here.
b) you are trying to to arguing youe whining in such a form as that you try to give the admin concerned orders on how he has to run his server. Now if you don't pay for the privilege to play on that server, your chances that you actually may succeed with your demands, I'd say are slime to none existant.
c) don't try to mouth others off that can see right through your whining, you've made a bad entrance into the trem-forums and it will take you loads of time to live it down until you are no longer seen as a whiner. That time will certainly extent more, the more you raise a ruccus.
d) you need to get out some more so you can identify sarcasm.
e) had you read the forum a tiny little bit, you'd know how we react on such moronic posts as yours.
