Hello,

Does anybody here know how do I record a .dm_69 file (in a Tremulous game)?

Thanks in advance!

I think go to console (~ key) and then type /record and when you are finished /stoprecord to stop recording.

Hello,

Thanks, Sjoerd, I just discovered how:
  • /record DemoName: Records a demo in .dm_69.
  • /stoprecord: Stop the /record command.
  • /demo DemoName: Plays the demo already recorded.

  • /video VideoName: Records a video in .AVI.
  • /stopvideo: Stop the /video command.

is there any way to make the quality better?

David

A dm_69 just records where everyone and everything is.  The client then renders it all when it plays it, so it is the same quality as whoever plays it has.

I'm disappointed that people's past actions have forced me to state what should be obvious.

Don't use /video. It creates broken headers.
