You aren't going to get anywhere with making a map if you don't even have enough determination for knowledge to search the forums, or look at the first post in the "Mapping" section.

You use GTK Radiant or any other program that does Quake 3 maps that you can get to work with trem, GTK Radiant will be best for you since other people use it and can help you if you prove to them that you're actually trying.
